Shopping without spending

It was a perfect morning: one of the few Saturday mornings where I wasn't otherwise obligated, sun shining but not too hot, gentle breeze - and there were 3 street sales. I had a lovely, long stroll as I carefully explored each of them. I got a tad bit soppy going by myself, with no kids singing "Are there any more balloons in the sale?", but I enjoy soppy so that was ok. Carole King had been singing about being 63 (!) as I drove to the first sale, so I was already soppy anyway. I didn't buy a single thing, but that didn't matter at all. Yesterday, I stopped at a quick sale on my way home and spent a total of 5 cents. I forgot to mention that, last weekend, J bought an enormous inflatable Mexican beer bottle, so that makes up for anything I didn't find this week. What good, cheap entertainment!
