A satisfying DDR strategy . . .

When I first got DDR Extreme, I went through and did all the songs I could pass easily. Then I went back to the songs I could not pass and tried to improve on them using Training Mode. To my dismay, I found that DDR Extreme's Training Mode is sadistic and only allows you to practice songs faster than the actual song, not slower. If someone needs training,I cannot see that speeding the song up is going to help. Anyway, since Training Mode was totally un-useful for me, I put DDR Extreme away and didn't touch it for several months.
Today, I decided to pull out DDR Extreme and try some of those songs I couldn't pass before - What fun! I actually have improved enough so that I could easily pass many of the songs I failed dismally last time - many with a B! What a boost to the spirits! I think I'll routinely hide one of my games - then when I re-visit it, I'll get a boost of "sudden" improvement.

(Maybe doing V (standard), too)
