I feel so macho . . .
May. 1st, 2007 06:30 pmIt's been over a week since I've been doing at least 2 sessions of exercise each day. No noticeable results, but it feels great and I'm trying to just focus on that. It's really not that hard to fit the time in - it just means that I spend a bit less time accomplishing things, so how bad can that be? It can't help but be good for me in the long run - and if all it ever accomplishes is that I feel strong and macho, how bad is that?
It's hard for me to imagine that I used to feel like the Jane Fonda ab video was sheer torture. Thanks particularly to my work-outs at the gym, it now feels like a piece of cake. True, no one else would ever know that my abs are stronger - but I know!
