The heavens smiled on us

I thought today was going to be a repeat of yesterday: Thunderstorms and sinuses conspiring against my exercise. I got home from work and there was a storm brewing - so I quickly seized the moment and went for a doggie walk early enough to beat the storm. Not only did it work - since I walked early, I later had time to do DDR before dinner. And I actually even beat a song I had never beaten before!

Similarly, it looked like our SCA meeting would be rained out - but we were able to have all types of fighting outdoors (including boffer!) - the rain waited until the last few, hurried announcements at the meeting and then we all ran for cover. Great timing!
