Mother's Day with Mother Nature . . .

seemed particularly appropriate. We did a lovely long geocaching hike in a part of the North Chagrin Reservation we hadn't been to before. It was longer than we expected since we made a wrong turn (which resulted in getting an extra geocache, so it's all good). Next time, however, we won't just print out a trail map - we will also actually carry it with us (^_^) And somehow most of the trail seemed to be uphill which made it an extra good workout. The rain held off and a little drizzle was refreshing. Knowing that we would be skyping with both kids on Tuesday added to the festivities: I love stretching celebrations out for as long as possible!
