Best customer service ever . . .

I love Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and their Unlimited Spa Package anyway. But their customer service makes me love them even more. I needed to change my March reservation (for a most excellent reason) and the only other option turned out to be a day that my favorite providers don't work. Not only did the spa manager ask them to work on a day they don't usually work, but they both agreed to come in special for me. It wouldn't even have occurred to me to ask people to change their whole schedule for me - but I'm delighted and impressed that they did.
