May. 3rd, 2011 08:05 pmat least eventually! Both new dances we are learning (Bolero and Nightclub Two-Step) involve long, sliding motions. Think of doing squats for 45 minutes straight! I like when I can really feel a work-out - and there's no questions that I'll be feeling these dances all week long.
