I hope I'm this energetic . . .

when I'm the equivalent of 98 years old! My 14 year-old puppies just got a haircut (badly needed despite the cold) and they are friskier than ever. Georgianna (being clear Alpha dog) has long claimed the dog bed by the kitchen radiator as her own. Just recently, Yoshi has started curling up there when he finds it unoccupied. Georgie doesn't snap at him to get him off. Instead, she starts flirting with him and teasing him (don't either of them know they are both fixed?!) When he plays along and gets up, they tear around the house like wild puppies for a minute or two. Then she suddenly stops flirting and takes over the prized position on the doggie bed. And Yoshi falls for it every time. They may not hear very well, and they don't take long walks like they used to, but they are still having a great time.
