Back in the swing of fun things

It's good to be back into our fun activities. SCA is always great, but it is good to have Yllaria back and some good boffer fighting. Armorer's Guild (a new, but satisfying part of our new routing) was exciting as usual. Even though Laurelen wasn't there for Vreile to do her Heavy Combat training, we got some good ideas for padding her helmet and making her gorget. Plus, Timothy offered to train Vreile in working with sheet metal. So she is now in multiple types of training simultaneously: her own weight training program, the usual boffer training/practice, training in Heavy Combat with Laurelen, rapier training with Wolfgar, and now metalwork training with Timothy - Wow!

Plus, I was able to get a real bargain on Ebay for some new sheet metal shears for Armorer's Guild, so I feel like I am being useful.
