Coronation: Part 1: The Good

It was a gorgeous day. Bork had a nice, big area to hang out in. I felt busy and useful. I got many compliments on my garb and it was surprisingly comfortable (not even too hot, which surprised me due to ruffs and puffy sleeves). My hair did not fall off and I got used to it (in fact, I was so used to it by the end of the day that it felt like it was still on even after I took it off). I was glad I lost the bumroll idea, since I found out that I had made it all wrong anyway. The Courts were beautiful, full of pomp and circumstance. I was very proud of Noelle and Alaric, who carried things off wonderfully. Bork was the only household which was called up at Court to make their presentations of gifts (a big honor!)- and we had a ton of things to give! Maggie and Lassarina got Awards of Arms and were totally surprised. Feast was delicious and huge. All in all, a very successful day.
